About Us
The Delaware Affordable Housing Coalition (DAHC) is a membership group comprised of non-profit organizations that provide housing-related services to low-income households. Many DAHC members are nonprofit affordable housing developers and managers.
The DAHC is brought together by a shared belief that everyone deserves access to safe and decent housing. The unifying purpose of the DAHC is to increase access to safe, affordable housing for Delaware households.

Vision
Delaware will be a state with housing opportunities; the public will become more aware of affordable housing issues and all people will have access to affordable housing.
Mission
The Delaware Affordable Housing Coalition will work to further the sustainable development of and access to affordable housing in Delaware.
Values
The Delaware Affordable Housing Coalition believes that those who need housing should get it, that housing is a human right, and supports policy that eliminates substandard housing and increases equitable development of and access to affordable housing.
