Housing-Focused Case Management Training Series

The DE CoC partnered with Housing Innovations for a two-part training series covering best practices in housing-focused case management for RRH and PSH providers. Training topics include engagement strategies. assessing homelessness and housing histories, and more. Polls, group discussions, and case studies provided opportunities for participation.
